  I hope videotron realizes what a gem they have with Ulrick W.....i! My goodness what a pleasure it was to deal with him. The whole experience was amazing! It was stress free! He was extremely knowledgable, patient, and kind. He took the time to find us the best deal we could get. Franglaised with us seamlessly ( My husband prefers english). Really pleasant interaction. So happy with the end result. Positive experience! This was in LaSalle at Angrinion Mall.

  I have a wifi internet only contract with Videotron. I had gateway issues. Tech came tested and changed gateway. Tech got phone assistance to finish task. Tech and assist activated advance Security.This option is my choice to activate or not. Tech left and I couldn’t deactivate it because they blocked my access to that function of Helix app. I later got a phone tech to deactivate A S. After much back and forth with different tech’s the helix app is usable now but initial block is still active on one device. This Behaviour is not Acceptable.I would like to have use of my camera back. I hope you can rectify this issue and the Behaviour of those two workers. Thank You Michael Mckoy I called Tech support last night. Tech said he can’t do anything.
