  Sanjay is very efficient and has a great customer service and patient a great value. Very happy with his assistance knowledgeable as well. I will come to see him again for my daughter iPhone in November

  I had an excellent experience with Ulrick at Videotron. I came in looking to get a new cell phone and was considering leasing the Samsung S26, and Ulrick made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our interaction. What stood out most was his patience, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my options before making a decision. His knowledge and professionalism were evident, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Customer Service like this is rare, and Ulrick went above and beyond. I would highly recommend asking for him if you are visiting Videotron!
