  Elyse at the Lachine DHL Express was so helpful to me. It was a complicated issue for sending laptops overseas and she guided me through the process and even came up front on a day she wasn't scheduled to be up front to help complete the process . She saved me from having to re explain the situation to others. I greatly appreciate the help and her going beyond what was expected.

  Paid 200$ for shipping. Package is worth a month of salary. Been sitting for a week "on hold/clearance event" while I went to the border services and made it clear customs myself last week. Been in talk with the people at the service point near me and called the brokerage service a few times and they assured me everything was in order and the official customs document was sent to the right place and my package will be released, yet it still updates to "on hold/ Clarence event" at 5am every morning. It seems like the team there can't just take the package and put it on a truck to have it delivered to a service point near me? Now I am scared of the state the package will be delivered in if it ever gets delivered. I know shipping companies don't care about one more 1 star review, but this is getting infuriating.

  I would like to sincerely thank the DHL customer service team for the outstanding support we received today. A special thank you to Elyse and Sufain from the Lachine branch for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to assist us and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I would also like to recognize the customer service agent who assisted us over the phone. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful in addressing our request regarding a sample shipment. Our company is very satisfied with the service we received.   The service is very professional. The welcome of Elyse and patience was very appreciated. Sufain did an amazing job with the measurement of our box. Plus side, they have a 30% discount which I was not aware and they mentioned it which was very appreciated. Great team work between Elyse and Sufain. Really recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elyse a offert un service incroyable! Chez DHL Lachine, ils prennent toujours bien soin de moi. Elle m’a aidé à transporter 6 boîtes lourdes jusqu’à ma voiture, ce que j’ai vraiment apprécié. Ce que j’aime de DHL Lachine, c’est qu’ils livrent toujours en avance. Je les recommande fortement, et si vous n’habitez pas trop loin de Lachine, vous devriez vraiment considérer l’option de ramassage. Rapide et facile!
