  J'ai toujours été satisfait dans le passé. Très mauvais service de l'employé Vincent . Il m'a invité de lui faire une plainte.

  A year ago my wife and I went into this VD location to add her cell phone to my existing account. Looking for a new plan and new phone , the sales rep was very pushy and kept adding extra fees and made the experience very unpleasant. So we decided that my wife stay with her current cell phone provider. Today we decided to stop into this VD location since we’re in the area. My wife was looking to change phone providers and explained to the sales rep what she wanted. Finally a sales rep that was very professional,knowledgeable and was t pushy. Annis was amazing. Not once did he try and upsell any products or plans on us. He listened and offered us the best plan for my wife’s budget. He even should us all the promos that apply to my account. Not once did he try and sell us on upgrading our internet plan or the cell phone plan my wife wanted. We both felt like Annis and Videotron wanted our business and not just a huge commission sale. Thank you Annis for the great service. Anyone in the West Island looking to switching to Videotron as their cell phone provider should go see Annis at this location.

  I had an outstanding experience with a Videotron technician named Vincent, and I felt it was important to share. I’ve been a loyal customer for 17 years, and interactions like this are exactly why I’ve stayed. Vincent was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure everything was working perfectly, and went above and beyond what I expected. he’s a real asset to the team!
