  Called in once the agent told me that I needed to bring back the modem and cables to close the account for my Mother, but the other Agent when I returned the devices and he gave me a reference #, but told me that they also need the controller, if not I would be charged $$. So, I went back to my Mother's place and got the controller and then went back a few days later to bring it back to Videotron, and this is where the Agent called "Sheyes MuHay" took it back and said your good to go. I asked him for a ref# or confirmation #, and he said, I'm telling you it's ok. This is when things went downhill from there,.. Ok, so I go on with your word, without any proof of me giving it to you? His reply was in a very arrogant way "I can't recreate another form since the modem was returned, I can sign a small piece of paper indicating you returned your controller" At that point I didn't know what else to ask, since I had no idea why he would be mad at a client asking a simple question. As the previous agent had explained to me that I would be getting a written confirmation once the controller was returned. Other Television Companies look better and better for my own use.
