    I ordered and uploaded a printout of my year's journal from FedEx, and they printed and shipped it from this facility (which is 130 miles from me.) Whoever shipped the order slapped my label on the wrong box. What I received was a box full of someone else's meeting agendas. I've tried calling about this but their phone number directs you to an automated phone tree that will NOT let you talk to a human no matter what you do and has no option for "I received someone else's package." I can't drive 130 miles just to yell at someone in person, so I'll be looking into doing a chargeback on my credit card. Pretty darn unhappy, me.

    5 stars because of Javier! Used the self service printer but the document printed out super large. Turns out the pdf was in that format so instead of going back to my phone and trying to figure out how to make it smaller, Javier offered to resize it and even gave me 2 versions in about 3 minutes. That's what I call top notch customer service and I hope he gets employee of the month!
