  I would love it if they offered photo prints on nice photo paper so I don’t always have to drive 25-30 minutes away from PV to get the job done. I see that banners and large format posters are available but not simple 5 x 7 prints.

  UPS clerk at this store was totally uninterested in assisting with customer service after a package I paid to ship by air was sent by truck instead (and currently lost somewhere in middle of nowhere.) Clerk would not help with refund or filing a claim. Told me to "ask nicely" after refusing to help! I have lots of better and cheaper options for shipping. Will not be returning to this UPS

  If you send docu to Canada do not use Ups. When paying said 1 week but now their website shows up to 3 weeks. Shame on them for high fee charged but cannot keep words

  The best UPS experience i’ve ever had. I came in stressed and in a hurry, but the staff here was so attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!
