I did contact the central office about her on one occasion that she berated an older man. Nothing came of that. Apparently, they have finally fired her or maybe she quit. Whatever the case the personnel has improved recently. STAFF CHANGE: what an improvement. I have visited twice recently with packages and very impressed with the lady at the counter. She was helpful and nice!
