If you're considering using them—don’t. First off, their delivery schedule is a joke. They miss deliveries without warning, and when you try to contact customer service, you're either stuck on hold forever or get bounced around between agents who clearly have no clue what’s going on. I had to call multiple times just to get a simple water delivery that I paid for in advance. When the water finally arrived, it was left in the wrong location, and a few bottles were damaged—with no apology or compensation. One time, they even left the bottles blocking my front door like it was a prank. And don’t even get me started on billing issues. Charges show up randomly, and if you cancel, they still keep trying to bill you. It feels like a scam. Their “subscription” is more like a trap. Bottom line: if you want unreliable deliveries, rude customer service, and a billing nightmare, Primo/ReadyRefresh is the perfect disaster.
