The staff is consistently fast and helpful, and I really appreciate how easy they make the notarization process too. Anytime I need a document notarized, they get it done right away with no hassle. Overall, great service every time I stop by.

When I walked in, the employee working there did not greet me or offer any assistance. I asked for help using the copy machine so I could properly adjust my document to fit the page, but she showed no willingness to assist or provide guidance. The level of customer service I experienced was very disappointing. It felt like unless you’re spending a significant amount of money, you’re not treated with basic courtesy or respect. I believe every customer deserves acknowledgment and support, regardless of the size of their transaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this location.
- JOJayy O.Mar 23, 20261.0Please dont go here! The customer service is horrible and they wont deliver what you drop off. There is a young lady there that has such a rude attitude. I went in to drop off mail and she never sent it in. I called and spoke with Ricardo, which he was of no help! My issue was not resolved and based off of other reviews this isnt the first time they didnt deliver what has been dropped off and stolen things from packages. They will not deliver your mail if you give it to them. BEWARE!!!
