The supervisor from this facility doesn’t help you at all. They lost my mail and they only said to file a claim through the website but their website doesn’t work and doesn’t let you file a claim. Why they have a supervisor if they don’t help you. They’re just getting paid to do nothing. They should change staff.

No long lines. Great place with people who are extremely nice and helpful. Helped me at least twice quickly. I lived in different states and many other locations are rude. They know what they are doing here. The only drawback of this location is that at lunch time it’s hard to park - all spots can be taken so either wait or park nearby. It’s not cool that people mostly leave negative feedback on Google here.

Bad attitude towards us when English is not our first language. One staff member was rude when we were just asking questions

Our apartment complex has a HUGE huge problem with the postman who refuses to deliver anything that needs to come to the door. I have been waiting on a delivery and checking daily. Two days late (I understand that) but then they put an Attempted Delivery slip in our mailbox. The postman lied and did not attempt to deliver to my door - I was right there at home when I got the message it was an attempted delivery and I wasn't home. Do you know how angry this makes customers!? When I tried to contact this post office by phone, it rang ten times and the phone hung up. I called about twenty times before I stopped. I have discussed this with a manager there and it got better for a time, then started up again. If the postman doesn't want his job, there are plenty of others right now who would love to take some boxes to folks' doors. I don't have a car and cannot drive to the post office myself to get a delivery. I've told them this before as well. They just do not care.
What happened to the nice and good postmen and postwomen we've had in the past? This is the worst here.
