- JLJohn LDec 23, 20251.0The worst location possible for an already bad company!! Garbage attendants. They don't supply packaging or even tape. If you want their package boxes or bags they'll charge you. They won't let you package your own stuff allegedly against company policy. But they will charge you when they pack your stuff hell they will even charge you for tape if you try to reuse your own box or package. I'm surprised they didn't try to charge me for breathing while in the store. Save your time & money go to fedex 1000% better in every way or just go old school USPS . I'll never do business with this store again

Even when there is a long line, it never takes more than a couple minutes to helped and complete a shipment. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This store is my go to for shipping with UPS.
- MTMaribel TorresNov 20, 20251.0Short Hispanic lady with glasses was extremely rude. I asked to print a document and tells me to use the email on the desk but then proceeded to a separate task. Once I go back in the line instead of helping me she does something else. Then a new customer comes in and instead of helping me or the gentle men that had already also sent his document she proceeds to help someone else. Now the other worker has to help us both, instead of supporting with checking me out. Extremely unprofessional, when I brought this concern she giggled and made a remark as if it was purposely done. Finish helping customer without sidelining them and then helping someone new when you already have two people waiting. Take your business elsewhere if this is how their workers treat their customers. I been coming here for years now and their professionalism has gone extremely down.
