Its been weeks since I started the process for a key to access my mail and they still havent made me a key yet. Also they refuse to deliver packages from amazon and just hold them. My secondary house is sunnyvale has no problem, it this post office thats not being run properly.

It's a small office but an amazing office. Thank you to Jan for helping with a package to be sent & to the whole staff for always being amazing!!! Send other offices to train here, maybe then other cities & towns will see how you should be treated when having to drop or pick up or whatever other service your in need of
- KTKyle ThomsonApr 16, 20231.0I understand you guys are busy, I understand there's delays, but the constant always putting mail in the wrong mailbox or saying it's undeliverable when I'm standing outside watching you drive by and you say it's animal interference I am beyond over it. I understand your government entity and this will probably fall upon deaf ears, because unfortunately you do not have another choice I have to use this service but my God hire more competent people who can read numbers 1 through 30 and put things in the right box and who weren't so lazy to get out of the truck to drop off a package that I'm happy to just pick up, so you don't even have to get out of your car, instead of saying animal interference.
