I have never been to their facility, but contacted them by phone from Maryland. An employee (I'll call her M.) at this Post Office was very instrumental in solving the problem with our package that went city to city to city. M. thought she remembered it and took the time to look for it, and the interest to take my phone number if it came back to her. She suggested another town to call in the morning to catch it before it went out for delivery again. That was not necessary, it arrived the next morning. It was a 35 year old rare book on which the movie "Somewhere In Time" was based. Needless to say I am grateful to M. and hope her supervisors are aware of her value to their well run facility. If M. is any indication of the customer service in Point Arena, I wish she were in Columbia, Maryland!
