- GXGrace XuMar 6, 20265.0I’d give the UPS Store on Hopyard 5 stars. The young guy working there is quick, efficient, and very friendly. Compared to the older guy at the Santa Rita location and the lady at the Pimlico location, the difference in customer service is night and day. Those two really have some of the worst attitudes I’ve seen in Pleasanton.
