  This place is operated by a very rude lady. Very curt. It's okay if she is curt as long as she is helpful. The problem is she has no interest in helping customers - especially if you have a prepaid return item! She just barks at everyone who comes in. Absolutely the worst UPS Store I have ever been to. No wonder it is rated ao poorly ( 2.6 at the time of my review). Avoid this place if you can.

  Good lord. The front desk lady here has an even worse attitude than the old guy at the Santa Rita store.The old guy just acts like he’s important, but this lady behaves like she’s the queen, ordering customers around and telling everyone what to do. The UPS Store with the best customer service in Pleasanton is the Hopyard location.I just stopped by this one while passing through, but I definitely won’t be coming back.

  Absolutely worst customer service. The front desk lady is not friendly at all. If you don’t have package taped, she will ask you to buy the tape separately and will not even help you print label.
