Hetal helped with my passport application, answering any questions I had even she was helping other customers with patience. When I had some info filled out wrong, she made sure that I got it all correct and ensured I wasn’t hurried given that it was her lunch break aswell. Thank you Hetal for leaving a good impression on behalf of all of USPS staff. She gave me a QR code where I can leave review but the USPS website wouldn’t let me do so if I did not choose the Livermore location. So leaving in here and hoping that USPS sees and give her the credit for an outstanding customer service.

That old lazy treated herself as the big boss there and you have to follow up exactly what I am asking. We filled one item incorrectly and she asked us to go back home to fix, and then make an appointment online, which we will have to wait for one more month. Later, we called them and another officer said they do provide the walk-in service. Wow, is it hard to just mention this to people who paid your salary?
