I wish I could give less than a 1-star review. One of the woman working there stole my package. I’m certain of it because I requested an investigation from headquarters to check the status of my lost business package, worth $150. They came back saying it wasn't lost as they never received it.
I remember when I handed over my pre-labeled package, the woman didn’t scan it and said, "You can leave it here, and you're good to go." As I was leaving, I only heard one scan, despite having two packages.
After waiting for weeks, I asked the same woman to check if it had possibly gotten lost at the facility. She became very defensive and repeatedly said, "Oh, you have insurance, that should cover it."
when I asked to speak to the manager, she made me wait for 30 mins and then said, the manager left, call the lost and found and again said- It should be covered via insurance.
she wouldn't even look for it in the facility. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went back to drop another package and this time waited for the same lady to scan it and give me a receipt. i came home only to find out that she had not scanned it properly and it said - " USPS waiting to receive the package" I went back right away and got my package back and went to a different USPS.

Would give zero star, if possible. The staff name starts with K was SO rude and unprofessional. Worst experience for shipping in every aspects from packing to sending. Would not visit them ever again.

The service I went for this office was roger a refund of my priority mail which was late for delivery. I stayed in line for the service and when it was my turn, the lady told me that they don't do refunds at that office and also there were too many customers waiting. She asked me to go to a different office which I did but I am still not sure if this office is not doing refund or they were just too busy.
