- HZHf ZNov 23, 20251.0I arrived to return two items. At the time, the store was nearly empty; there was only one other customer finishing up, and no line behind me. Despite the lack of a queue, the employee on duty (a chubby asian guy) immediately directed me to use the self-service kiosk. I explained to him that I was not familiar with the machine’s interface. I specifically informed him that one of my items was too long to fit into the standard kiosk drop-box, necessitating assistance at the counter. Despite these valid reasons—and the fact that he was not occupied with other customers—he refused to process my return at the register. He insisted I use the machine without a reason. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this refusal of service and asked to speak to a manager, his demeanor became aggressive. He stated he was the only person in the store and displayed a complete lack of care regarding my concerns. I subsequently went to the UPS store on Santa Rita road, where my return was processed immediately and easily. After years of loyalty, I will no longer be doing business with Store #1561 due to the bad experience I got today.
