I understand it was my responsibility but there is nothing wrong in helping a customer who is bringing the business to your store. Rather than helping I was told to purchase the tape. So I had to remove the outer box and leave the inside packed box of the product for shipping which could have been avoided if I bought the tape or she gave me 2 feet of tape. Anyways not a good customer service..😒
