The woman in the store are impolite, not one time, multiple incidents. Why don't take your business elsewhere.

I went to this store without a tape applied to a box, which was an Amazon return item. I understand it was my responsibility but there is nothing wrong in helping a customer who is bringing the business to your store. Rather than helping I was told to purchase the tape. So I had to remove the outer box and leave the inside packed box of the product for shipping which could have been avoided if I bought the tape or she gave me 2 feet of tape. Anyways not a good customer service..😒

I have been to the UPS store multiple times. The service was normal. However, only one lady worked there today and she was very rude. I went to another store nearby.
