Keisha (I think that was her name) was so helpful and pleasant.
She truly went above and beyond.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this UPS Store, primarily due to the behavior of the man who appears to be the owner or manager.
On December 24 around 9:00 AM, I was refused service for shipping a package solely because I did not have an ID. This is not UPS / The UPS Store policy for shipping a standard package, and no special or restricted service was involved. The refusal felt arbitrary and I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner.
I am a person with a disability and have difficulty walking. During prior visits, I have felt uncomfortable at this location, and on this visit I felt disrespected and singled out. Regardless of intent, customers, especially disabled customers, should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.
This location does not reflect the service standards expected of The UPS Store brand. I have submitted a formal complaint to corporate.

Extremely Bad service. Wanted to ship my package which had a pre paid return label. They could not attach the label to the package and sent me back saying I should do that at home. The person at the store was very much rude. Went to another UPS store near Pimlico Dr. Pleasanton and they did it without any issues. Never ever going back to this store.

If I could have givin my review without checking any stars Iwould have let me tell you a little something. I came in there two days after my mother-in-law died and had a picture blown up to poster size for the funeral and the girl that helped me she was so nice and caring and the way she took care of the photo professionally did not touch the photo with her hands. She rolled it up in another
piece of paper to cover and protect it and added a rubber band on it and she was such perfect customer service person. I actually walked out wiping tears away because I was so pleased with the way she treated me! Because of my experience, I came back the next day to have a different photo blown up for the funeral This time. It was Sean the person that runs to the store He started helping me and then walked away and got onto another project and so I stood there and waited and then when he finally came around to doing my photo, he rolled it up to with his grubby mitts which touched the picture completely instead of rolling it the other way where his hands wouldn’t touch the photo he put a piece of paper on it that covered 2/3 of the photo leaving 1/3 of it exposed and so I asked him about it if he had trained lady that helped me the day before because if he did, he forgot everything that he trained her. He got rude and says what you don’t want the photo. I’ll keep the photo as he man handled it a lil more ….I said no I’ll take it. I already paid for it so I took it … then he made some other remark which he’s probably luck that didn’t hear it but either way it was as I was leaving and in front of people waiting in line it kinda embarrassed me so when I got home, I called him and asked him what his deal was and he is all apologetic and said come on back and I’ll do it. I’ll do it right this time but this is 6 o’clock at night. I just went through traffic. There’s no way I’m gonna go back and he had his chance to do it right in the first place, but he didn’t take advantage of it he Pleaded with me to come back. “I’ll do it right. I’ll do it right.” He said he mentioned “I’ve been doing this for 30 years.”Well, maybe It’s time to step back and look that… how rude and that you have a chip on your shoulder for no reason … it’s a UPS store Sean I’m so disappointed so if you go there to have something done avoid having Sean help you!…. He blows!!

There’s a rude guy in this storefront for whom taking time in explaining rudely that Amazon box ( with shipping code and another inside box with item barcode ) needs to be taped , is more important than actually doing the job. Stunning how my 2 min interaction on a thanksgiving weekend left a sour mark for all the happiness around. I stayed surprised and polite which probably led him to “kindly”accept the package . Which means , it wasn’t a showstopper in the first place.
Mr. Whoever , if you have a problem with customer service or if you have a pay issue , please take it up with your owner , customers cannot help you with either . They just want a 30 sec in and out service from shipping orgs.
