    Worst customer service experience I’ve possibly ever had. I purchased a box. 2 hours later I tried to return the box because I didn’t need it. The receipt clearly says that returns are not allowed if there’s an “NR” next to the item. Mine did not have that. The woman in the store said I should’ve received a stamp on my receipt that stated “final sale.” Which it did not have. The THREE employees in the store claimed they had no idea how to do a refund and the owner of this location was out of town for 2 weeks and nothing could be done. Absolute waste of my time. Nothing was accomplished and the three employees inside were maybe the most unhelpful of anyone I’ve ever encountered.

    DO NOT drop Express off at this location. Yesterday was the third time in a row packages were dropped off well before the air cut off but we're tendered late to UPS and are delayed by a day.

    RIP Off … Hungry for money. Had a box arrive 12 noon Friday & get a call that it will $20 to accept the box shipped by ups. Was surprised no other franchise store does that otherwise I wouldn’t ship it to them . Went next day morning to grab at 9 am & now they charged me $40 for storing the box for 16 hrs . This is totally illegal . Have sent it to ups complaint & will escalate to local connection. Spoke to someone in neighborhood . Highway robbery . Go to another ups stores in pleasanton.

    I go to this store all the time! I like the people there. If you don't like the prices for the merchandise there, well, go ahead and wrap with your own packages. This is not to valuate the values for the shipping itself or for the merchandise in the store. I am valuating the people there. They are always nice to me and all the other customers I saw in the store. This is not the store that deserves 1 or 2 stars. Be nice to people and be treated nicely in return please.
