Due to a mistake on the sellers side, my LIVE shipment of tarantulas were put on a truck. I had to wait until the delivery guy came back at 5:30PM. On my return to the facility, I was stuck in traffic for over an hour. By the time I got to the facility, it was a bit past closing. The ladies went out of their way to release .y shipment to me anyway. These are exotic tarantulas that would have been very difficult to replace. <3

I was rushed to FedEx for my shipping at 3:30pm because the store closed at 4pm. I had a little box of fruit to ship out to South California for my family. The box show with mandarin fruit, the FedEx guy asked me , will you ship mandarin fruit ? I said no, and I was open and show him Jujube fruit not mandarin fruit. And he asked my account number. After all, he said no , system down and he couldn’t find the prices and he asked me to drive a little further to FedEx close to Homedepot. I rushed down to the store, unfortunately he couldn’t printed the label for me , he was asked me to make my own and bring it back down to the same place that I just came early. I only have 11mins in order to make my own label. I was asked him to help me, he was show the beginning to start with. Then he was walk away, and I asked other lady assistant manager. It seems she doesn’t want to help. So finally, I was run of time at 4pm. And I decided to leave with hopeless. Again, if you have any shipping out , please do a little homework, please not like me. I was tried to call many times to asked questions, but the phone not be able to talk to the person of the store. I thought, I love FedEx services but not really. It seems they don’t have knowledge to share and help you. However, that is only my experience to share to our friends and family. I hope the management teams might find better solutions for customers.
