I suppose they could be doing something but it doesn’t appear so. Sometimes they’re wandering back-and-forth, they stare at you in line, but They don’tgreet you. They don’t say “Will be right with you…thanks for waiting.” No acknowledgment. I get it maybe they feel they’re not compensated enough to go that extra mile… But you are in a customer service industry, aren’t you?
