Hard to prove because you can not get anywhere in their system without spending your own time pursuing legal action but if you don't want checks disappearing and missing packages I would choose a different postal facility to drop off your mail. Incidents have occurred way too often to just be random anomalies.

They lost a package I had mailed out through here. Which by itself wouldn't be an issue—it happens—but they have done nothing to try and find it. They refused to help me in person, and when I filed a ticket through the proper channels, they flat-out ignored it for a month until I had no choice but to file an insurance claim.
I'm never mailing anything out through here again. I'd just as soon drive the extra 15 minutes to the Concord branch.

No Sunday access to the Self Serve Kiosk which is located
