Worst post office I’ve ever been to. It’s closed in the middle of the day more often than it’s open

NEVER GO TO THIS POST OFFICE. Charlene should be fired immediately. She possesses neither competence nor customer service skills. She completely messed up shipping my orders, took zero accountability, and then was extremely rude when I complained.
I was shipping multiple items from eBay sales. Each package I gave her and then had her scan a QR code to print a label. She forgot to print the label between scanning the QR codes, and then told me she couldn’t go back and print the label because it already showed it was scanned. So I had to go into eBay and purchase another shipping label.
Go forward a few days and I find that the shipping label she said she couldn’t print, she in fact did and put on the wrong package. So one of my buyers ended up with two packages, the other with nothing.
When I asked her to help resolve, she said it was impossible that it was her mistake, that the system wouldn’t let her do that. I had the receipt with tracking numbers, showing documented evidence of her mistake and all she replied with was “ I do thousands of these each week, I can’t remember “. So she does thousands of this a week but still can’t figure out how to do it properly? Then she had the audacity to say “what do you want me to do, go to my bank and withdraw money to refund you?”.
That is sooooo rude! She should be fired immediately for that. As a customer who didn’t make any mistakes, getting an attitude from the person who made the mistake is absolutely uncalled for.
I will be driving 10 more minutes to go to a different post office in the future and advise everyone to do the same and hope they never have to interact with the rude and incompetent Charlene
