- MEMichael EstrellaApr 15, 20191.0This place might just be worse than the DMV. They barely have anyone working and when they do it’s like the sloths in Zootopia. They move slower than molasses here. There’s always a line and the main guy Steve that works here complains, cusses, and has even left and shut down early due to his frustrations. Avoid this place at all costs!
- CEClaudia EfthimosJul 18, 20171.0This was just one stop in my never ending journey to get what should be a rather easy process for the new "View my Mail" program But it has been a non stop nightmare of Phone calls that are not returned. 40 min. Waits on hold. Un informed Staff who has no clue what I am referring too. 2 trips to two different buildings, And continual online error messages which lead to your online account being disabled. An insanely frustrating process, & not one of the half a dozen people I have talked to have "offered" to Fix it! What a great company to work for. No consequences for lack of customer help & no one responsible or in charge to rectify problems.

"Can't you read the sign? one hour". I said: " okay, this is the only time I have and it will only take 2 minutes, everything is ready." he says: "no! I'm going to lunch". Wow, so rude. I don't care if you eat and mail my package at the same time. But people take time out of their busy schedule to mail packages and the man working there is rude, doesn't accommodate for customers and isn't nice about it. So I'm never going there again.
