Quick, in and out and on my way. Id rather go here and deal with a tiny parking lot than deal with rude customer service like it was at the copy place on placerville drive

- JVJon VilhauerMar 7, 20263.0These are nice, helpful people and once you get in there service is fast, but I hate the parking lot. It's too tight, too crowded and too busy. Park unwisely and you get parked in. Sadly, the UPS store near Safeway in Pville is closed.
- AHanna haasFeb 27, 20261.0Outrageous Prices!! The man who helped me was very sweet but did not warn me the financial rip off that their scanning service is! They charged me 25.50 to scan in a 40 page document!!! It took him literally 60 seconds to do. Why on earth is a scan job charged by page?!? You’re not using any ink, no paper, nothing that would incur any costs more than a 20 page document. How can they justify charging as much to scan as it is to print when you’re using physical products to print, and I used none to scan?? Make it make sense. This is absolute corporate greed. What a joke! Also most people coming in to scan stuff are not usually super well off, so price gouging like this is even worse. And when I showed shock at the pice the woman behind the counter was super snarky. I could have bought a freaking scanner for 50$!! Lesson learned.
