The lady said its "sitting in west sacramento " when my end says "departed". my medication usually takes a day to get here because of its importance.. she wouldn't even check the back or look into. They mark some sort of excuse for it being undeliverable (despite other mail carriers delivering packages the same day), have redelivery requests turned off on the website, and don't pick up the phone ever. This post office has been a nightmare for the past two-three years. Neighbors mail gets delivered here. Packages left on the ground in inclement weather to get ruined. "Weather delays" on perfect sunny days. My mail is regularly stuck in limbo with no recourse and no one to contact.
