- MCmanjeet chopraJan 4, 20261.0I visited this USPS location on Saturday at 2:45 PM, well before the posted 3:00 PM closing time, to ship a large parcel. I had sufficient time and was already waiting in line. While I was looking for an extra-large box (which appeared to be out of stock), the employee assisting customers — Neetu — immediately said “not ready” and repeatedly rushed the interaction, clearly more focused on closing early than helping a customer. There were still about 5 minutes left before closing, yet I felt discouraged from completing my shipment and received no effort or guidance to resolve the situation. Customer service should extend until the actual closing time, especially when a customer arrives with reasonable time to complete a transaction. Very disappointing experience. USPS employees represent a public service, and basic courtesy and willingness to help should not disappear just because closing time is approaching.
