  This has got to be one of the friendliest knowledgeable UPS stores I have visited and I’ve been to a lot. The only complaint is that it’s hard to find parking cause they’re in a busy area, but it’s always a pleasure to be in here and they’re always very nice. I feel like their efforts and customer service deserves a good rating.

  Got there 5:59 and they wouldn't let me in for an Amazon return. All they had to do was to scan the code and that's it. Takes less then 5 seconds. But they were really rude and had attitude.
