Please remind your trainees not to skip that smaller section of community mailboxes in the Pismo Dunes Resort (Senior Park). Thank you.

Every single time he is rude, disrespectful and appears to be unwilling to be civil or helpful in any way. While I understand he cannot be at the counter all the time, he has no way of you politely letting him know you are there and need services outside of a PO box stop. I would rather drive into Pismo and go to the main location and they are barely better. You would think in this very small location the job would be pretty good. I never encounter our residents being anywhere near his level of rude.
