Whether it’s severe understaffing or a lack of training, this location is consistently unreliable and has become a liability for my mail. Key Issues I’ve Experienced: • Hostile/Dismissive Attitude: The most frustrating part isn’t just the errors—it’s the staff's reaction to them. When I bring up a missing package, I am met with shrugs and an attitude that suggests it "isn't their problem." I have been promised follow-up letters and investigations twice now, but the staff seems to immediately forget their word once I leave. • Delayed Processing: Even when a package is confirmed delivered at 1:00 PM, I’ve been told at 4:55 PM that it’s "unprocessed" and I must return the next day. There is zero urgency to provide the service they are paid for. • Property Loss: To date, they have lost 4 packages and counting. Even when I show photographic proof of delivery from carriers (like Amazon), the staff refuses to take responsibility, once even claiming they "don't accept Amazon packages" without further explanation. Inconsistent Policies: Information changes depending on the day. Return-to-sender windows fluctuate between 7 and 14 days, and packages are randomly marked "undeliverable" despite the address being identical to successful deliveries. Bottom Line: You will not get straight answers here. If you value your time or your mail, avoid this location at all costs. I’ve witnessed multiple other customers complaining about these exact same issues while standing in line.
