- LCLayla ChavarriaOct 7, 20251.0I have lived in various areas and dealt with many different post offices, but this one consistently provides the worst experience. I wish it were possible to transfer my mail to the Wrightwood post office instead. The staff members here frequently appear to be in a bad mood, exhibit unhelpful attitudes, and often return packages without proper justification. It seems as though they dislike their jobs, and unfortunately, customers bear the brunt of this negativity.

A Chinese customer explained that he didn’t understand English and needed Chinese translation and was very rude to him and seemed annoyed to go out of her way to find help. Then when she was helping me would seriously cut me off every sentence like she was in a rush. Do better, we have no choice but to pick up our mail here. Get better employees that actually want to work here.
