It was 96 degrees outside and they had no air conditioning, so we all waited in the hot stuffy store while I person tried to help the entire line and the two others stood by the fan helping NO ONE. The machines were broken so the Amazon returns had to wait in the 10+ line at over 100 degrees, just watching the one poor male employee try to solve all the problems. I know one of the fan monopolizers is the manager who always talks down to her employees and parks all day in the one of two disabled parking spaces. Her recommendation is to double park behind her. Pretty sure that’s illegal. It’s awful.

- SHSabrina HernandezSep 5, 20251.0Horrible customer service, they are rude and don’t want to help you. One lady was very irritable and kept saying things to use so she wouldn’t have to work. The lady in front of like was asking for a box and the worker didn’t want to make the box so she was urging her to package it herself with something else. There was a man helping an old lady- well into her 80 or 90s who struggled physically and she was able to return two of her items but then the man said he couldn’t finish her last item because they close in two minutes. I had also been waiting for 15 minutes and they told me they’re closed by the time it was my turn and to go home.
