  This UPS store isn’t good as used too anymore. They got the self serving machines and the ups workers want you to use them for returns there is always some issue with those machines and this new guy that work in there is very very rude and unpleasant. The machine didn’t print my label and I asked for help he told me that I might did something wrong and I said I just pressed print, and then he said you should used the machine because this one isn’t printing, how would I know what is working or what is not. Then I asked him to print for me he had an attitude and got mad, I said I need my return receipt I returned 4 itens need to make sure I will have a proof, he started mumbling and don’t want to do it, my husband asked him again and he said then get your packages out of the box so I can check we did and he kept complaining about the way we placed the labels in there The. We adjusted and he finally printed the return receipt. He is very unprofessional and rude and this is not the first time he act like that with me or I see him doing with other costumers when I’m in there!

  I tried using the kiosk at this UPS Store, but it didn’t give me a tracking receipt, so I waited in line. The store was busy, and both I and the customer ahead of me experienced delays while staff focused on scanning packages instead of helping the next person. When I was finally helped, the process was quick, but the overall customer service felt disorganized. Not all UPS locations are like this, but this particular store hasn’t been a good experience for me. I’ll be taking my business to the FedEx a few blocks away instead.
