  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I shop at this Staples in Pinole regularly and it’s honestly one of my go-to stores. I’m usually here picking up bubble wrap, packing supplies, and everyday household items, and they almost always have what I need in stock. One of my favorite things about shopping here is the Staples Rewards program. I earn points just buying things I already need, and I can use those rewards for household items and supplies instead of letting them go to waste. It actually feels worth it and saves me money over time. The people who work at this location make the experience even better. Everyone I’ve talked to has been friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. If I have a question or need help finding something, they’re always willing to help without making it feel rushed. This Staples is clean, organized, and consistently reliable. If you shop here often or run a small business and need packing or office supplies, this location is definitely a solid choice.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I come to this Staples all the time, especially for bubble wrap and shipping supplies, and they never disappoint. This location is clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out of, which matters when you’re running errands or managing a small business like I do. What really sets this store apart is the Staples Rewards program. It’s one of the most useful rewards programs out there. I earn points on regular purchases and can turn those rewards into real savings on everyday household items, office supplies, and shipping materials. The points actually add up and get used, which isn’t always the case with rewards programs. The staff at the Pinole location deserve special credit. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, help find items, and never make you feel rushed. That kind of customer service makes a big difference and keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for quality shipping supplies, great prices, a rewards program that truly pays off, and a team that treats customers right, this Staples is absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommended.

  I just had the worst first experience at this Staples, first my Amazon wasn’t processed correctly, it’s had been over 4 hours since I dropped it off and still no update on my return. When I got home, I called the store to get an update on the return process and the employee told me I have to drive back to the store because they might not have scanned my QR code correctly and would have to redo it, even though I received a confirmation document after the return was handed off to your staff. After I was told I would have to return to the store I asked to speak to the manager or get the corporate number because I wanted to file a complaint in regards to how my return had been mishandled, instead I got hung up on and when I called back no one answered the phone. In a time when consumers have many options to purchase office products I would think they would do everything within their capabilities to retain a customer but I guess not. I will never shop at any Staples again and you shouldn’t either, buy from Amazon, go to OfficeMax anywhere but here unless you want unprofessional customer service and a chance that the employee helping you does not know how to do their job.
