- MCMegan Connelly5 days ago1.0I go to get mail today and my key doesn't work. I call when they open and they are trying to tell me I didn't do my annual verification, BUT I DID!!! My husband and I were both there, we got a receipt even but of course I don't have that receipt any longer because we did it A MONTH AGO!!!! We've been residents for 20 years now! Give me a break. Now I have to go in there and do it all over again because of their incompetence. I WILL VIDEO IT ALL THIS TIME AND EVERY TIME GOING FORWARD!!!

They actually make a big effort not just in their jobs, but in the efforts they make to be a part of the local community. It shows as well! Kind and punctual, always remembering your name and packages, and each person here is pleasant to talk to. Keep up the good work! Thanks for making my days brighter when I check the mail.
