- TCT CJun 5, 20231.0Would also give them zero if it was possible. The drivers will ruin your drive way, speed away on a private road almost hitting people and the office with make every excuse in the book for them. Don’t expect much out of this group!
- ASAlyssa SmithDec 26, 20205.0As a small business owner who runs an entirely online shop, I have used this location for my USPS drop offs as well as PO Box and have received great customer service from the staff. This particular year has honestly been a nightmare for online business owners due to delays in stock and an increased order volume. With the amount of packages I constantly have coming in and out, I have only ever had one package delivered to the wrong PO Box, and the staff was able to return it to me. I have had to call them on occasions and my calls were always answered. I do not think a lot of people understand the amount of packages coming in and out this year due to the pandemic and how extremely challenging this entire year has been for postal service staff. I am overall very happy with the services I have received here.
