- NNNSWvet83Mar 2, 20251.0Worst customer service in the store. The drivers are lazy and say they attempted a delivery, when they never did, because we have cameras and have been waiting for an an important overnight delivery. It will be 4 days late now. I'll have to try and get a refund from usps. But the lady that answered the phoen was super rude, right off the bat. She said oh well a few times, and nothing I can do a few times. I asked her to let the driver know to try and "reattempt" the delivery as this was very important. She said, I can't. Plus I'm getting off shift soon, so I won't stay here to wait for him. I asked her to leave a note, she refused and just said I can't do that. I'm hoping DOGE cracks down on usps

We've had multiple pieces of mail either not delivered, mis-delivered to neighbors or just not gotten any of the mail at all, even though we get texts/emails showing we have mail for that day. On top of all this, they will lie to you over the phone saying the carrier is out there. Currently 6pm and still haven't received today's mail. Offices are closed and zero sign of the carrier anywhere on nearby roads. Great job Pine Grove USPS!

A couple days later I submitted a claim on the USPS website to try and locate my missing items and the next day the local Postmaster Michelle contacted me personally to help resolve my issue. The day after she contacted me both of my missing packages were delivered. Michelle was so friendly and helpful. I’m really glad to know that she is there if anything like this were to happen again
