Unbelievable tha two women one claiming she was the manager took my package in the back to see what was in my package, it was opened and merchandise was missing. Gloria is what she said her name was and the younger one went in the back to get my package and refused to give it to me! Seriously, I mentioned I was in a hurry because my 97 year old father was waiting for me and she deliberately took and hour to complete the transaction and Gloria refused to give me my package and I insisted on paying postage to expedite the transaction and she still delayed it to leave my 97 year old father waiting. The rude remarks were also not appropriate. They also told me to come back tomorrow, as if that was an option. This abuse of authority was unbearable! The package weighed 2 ounces and I was charged over $7. Dollars. I am missing other packages and now I see why? They keep packages I was told if the postage isn’t paid by the company that is sending it. Seriously COD is nonexistent? What is going on at this post office? Dishonest employees, theft, fraud, and when I asked for the supervisor’s phone number Gloria gave me a disconnected number. Shameful customer service. Shameful. I work at FedEx and we never treat customers like these women treated me. We have everything resolved before having a customer pick up the package. The customer never waits more than 5 minutes! You can see how they reliable it several times. This was all unbearable! The worst was when my dad called from his cell they still took a half hour after his call to see what was taking so long. Such disrespectful behavior from the two women at the counter. These clerks were horrible. I have never ever experienced such disrespect at any post office ever!

I was nervous to do a walk in for Passport service but Bianca took really great care of us. She was so accommodating and friendly. We were in and out of there within 15mins. Thank you again Bianca!
