- EFEzekiel FergusonOct 10, 20251.0Terrible service from most people there, can't do anything more that read the top option their screens and dont explain reasoning of lost or late packages also always so slow to operate. The new young lady up front did the absolute most for me and tried her hardest to her abilities but when when she redirected me to her colleague all the lady said was "we don't have it" I was there in total 45 min and that's how she helps, desperately needs a staff change. This isn't the first time and I know it won't be the last unless stuff changes
