It took her over 30 minutes to set up and print a domestic shipping label, and she was unable to help me ship my other package to the UK. Her co-worker, who seemed competent, just watched Kayla struggle and didn’t offer to help. I quit and had to go over to FedEx to ship the international package. Horrible experience.
