- PSPamela Scott2 days ago1.0Up until now and I tried to think positive. But in September I moved into one of the new developments. Within the 2nd week the mailboxes were broken that was fixed only to deal with the same issue 2 more times causing us to go to the office to pick up mail. During that time I had to cancel 3 debit cards that came up missing. So now a check that I very gotten for ten years without incident. Last month they said I had only gotten 1 of the 2 but both were there. But this month same thing only one of the checks was missing. The female supervisor called I told her when I stated 10 years NEVER had any issues. Her response was ",you were lucky" so now I am lucky to get my mail? I put up in this short time having my neighbors mail. But when I googled similar incidents in new developments it is a known issue. My question in when will the higher ups get involved? There appears it's inside. Ive added what I got regarding Perris missing mail. Now tell me am I overreacting? How do I get back my luck since that's how I or others will get their mail? LUCKY she said So maybe it will get even worse Because oh yes I put in for a change of address and December my nephew went to the old address because he forgot to update his info as he checked the box whom else had mail? Yours truly. I had a change of address but my mail was in the mailbox even after I had submitted the change. That wasn't LUCK, They need to be investigated 1 star is to much

The post office was empty and there was maybe 2 people at the front already being service and one was being serviced by Nicole. There was 3 free associates and none of them helped with getting my mail from the back. Nicole finished assisting her customer and goes and helps gather my mail. Nicole did it with a smile and a positive attitude! Please give Nicole her golden stars bc she deserves it not like the older man who walked out and said “thank god” to someone else assisting me. Nicole for the win! Pretty lady, positive attitude!
