- RLRachael LJul 30, 20251.0Astrid was incredibly rude to me over the phone when I called to confirm that location accepted General Delivery. I’ve never experienced such a condescending attitude; I heard her remark to another employee when she put the phone down (obviously not realising I could hear her still). I felt like I was being given the third degree over simply wanting an important package delivered..as per their stated services offered. I was also told the wrong information regarding the address and the procedure. Luckily I spoke to another USPS and they were able to give me the correct information and didn’t make me feel I was asking her to hand over her firstborn. Disappointing, rude, and definitely do not recommend trusting them with your packages if you need general delivery.

I told her the name of the company I work for so she would know where the package was coming from, and she simply said, "I don't care where you work!" I think she's in the wrong job. If you're not happy, change careers!

She acted like she'd rather be getting a colonoscopy. She refused to peel the back off the priority sticker for me! She wouldn't check whether my box or priority mail would be less expensive, then refused to provide a piece of scotch tape to close an envelope (though she'd gladly sell me a roll). Unbelievable. And she's incredibly difficult to understand! Next time, I'll return when our regular staff is working. Ugh
