- SMShelby MFeb 10, 20261.0Older gentleman was very short and dismissive. I asked for one strip of tape to close a package and he said everyone asks for tape so no. I have never returned anything to a usps and figured this small town store would be easier and more inviting but he kept letting people behind me in line cut in front of me instead of assisting me in figuring out what I needed so he could receive my package. I just needed some help and guidance and he just seemed annoyed with me.

She acted like she'd rather be getting a colonoscopy. She refused to peel the back off the priority sticker for me! She wouldn't check whether my box or priority mail would be less expensive, then refused to provide a piece of scotch tape to close an envelope (though she'd gladly sell me a roll). Unbelievable. And she's incredibly difficult to understand! Next time, I'll return when our regular staff is working. Ugh
