- KKKyleDec 6, 20231.0Went here to return a shipment. The new employee Prince was fantastic and wanted to learn. The other older lady interrupted only to lecture me that I was "not prepared". She continued to be dismissive and call other customers to the counter while ignoring me at the counter already. She then attempted to tell me it needed a customs envelope and grabbed one and walked away again. It's shipping domestic, no customs needed. If you choose to come here then I'd suggest waiting for one of the kind gentleman that is happy to help. Also if you have a large package delivered they will sit on them in the back and not say anything until you ask about it.
