- JKJenn KDec 9, 20255.0This is the best post office I’ve ever been to anywhere in the U.S. Most post offices have staff who are grumpy and slow. Here it’s the opposite — the customer service is amazing, the staff are genuinely friendly and efficient. I actually enjoy—can you believe it?—I actually enjoy going to the post office. I’m always in and out within minutes.

The manager by the name Robbin from India did not attempt to help me with my situation and simply cited a deeply flawed and nonsensical policy rather than try to help me. My bill was never delivered on time. I had to pay a late fee for no good reason nor I never got an email to notify me about the bill. I also noticed that if you are Caucasian they would go out of their way to help them.
