Called them and provided the information on my return slip issued by them for the returned equipment. Fast forward a couple of years (yes years) and I just received a call from a collections agency saying Aliant sent the bill to collections as I owe money for the equipment. The RETURNED equipment! I now have to start the process again, find a two year old receipt and try to Bell to update their system and retract collections. Meanwhile this effects my credit rating. I will NEVER do business with them again. Ever.
