- SMSylvia McWilliamMay 5, 20261.0It great if everything goes well, but trying to deal with non delivery issues is beyond frustrating. There is no option to speak with a human being, and they say next business day delivery if it was missed, but here I am 4 days later and nothing! If they would tell me to pick it up at the sorting facility, fine! But no communication at all, and in the meantime I can’t leave my house in case it arrives. I will never choose this delivery company voluntarily, but I’m expecting an item that BestBuy uses, and as it was expensive, I’m nervous as well as angry and frustrated.

The drivers do not care at all about FedEx customers, nor do they care about delivering the packages in a timely manner. It's an absolute disgrace to see a global courier company like FedEx go downhill.
