One issue I've noticed recently and in the past is that a particular driver has had trouble sorting mail and is reluctant to drop it off at our door. They don't communicate with us until I make a complaint, at which point they take some action. Drivers seem to act like they have the right to do anything they want.

Our regular mail delivery person is very good but lately I don't know if staff have changed on certain days when problems arise. 1. Parcels delivered to the parcel locker but the keys were incorrectly placed in the wrong mail box. Sorted when I spoke to our regular mail carrier a day later. 2. Parcel identified as Refused by me and returned to sender. The parcel was never attempted to be delivered, I was home all day and security cameras confirm no delivery attempt.

My experience with the Paso Robles Post office. Workers up front very sweet and considerate. All the post worker's are also awesome especially the rural carrier's. Now my problem is with the post master Shelly Larson, and Joseph Ison Customer service supervisor These two single certain employees out and constantly harass repemand, not making sure the vehicle's are running safely. Especially for the rural carrier's. They promote carrier's and than yank the position from them. These rural carriers work hard very hard. Constantly are harassed by these two. It's Avery unsafe working condition. These hard working postal workers never get a thank you they work 7 day's a week they are constantly getting written up by Shelly Larson and Joseph Ison. How can you treat your rural carrier's like that and than send them out in unsafe mail truck that brakes down constantly. Than turn around and fire them for your mistake and mis conduct. I hope this review reaches Shelley Larson's and Joseph Ison supervisor. Because it sounds like you to need to be checked up. Quit picking on your hard working postal workers.

I went into mail a small box to a girlfriend of mine that works at a business in San Diego and he told me he could not ship it for me if I didn’t have a QR code?! I just wanted to ship this to her. Why can’t they just ship it for me? I asked him to help me get a QR code and he said this was something I needed to do on a computer or my phone by myself… I went into ship a box the other day, and it was not a problem. This information all came from the older gentleman that was working there… I left and went to appointment. I came back a hour later and Tiffany helped me and mailed my box for me right away… So I don’t know why the gentleman was telling me that I needed a QR code.
