I'm going to complain through proper channels and see if they'll do the right thing and refund my money since their failed to deliver. I understand this isn't just the lazy employees in Paso, but lazy employees throughout the USPS system. To add insult to injury, a regular package mailed to the same address, at the same time, for just $12 has already arrived.

- DWDebbie WicksJul 31, 20255.0This is in response to Free Gee (their review was 5 days ago) and their review. I am a local and know the postal clerk that helped you and she wasn’t upselling. There is the mechanical sorter that the post office uses to sort all the “flats” which are envelopes. No packages go through that machine. So when you (Free Gee) came in to mail your envelope the postal clerk noticed that the envelope was a tiny thick for that machine. Understand that 95% of the “flats” (envelopes) that go through are fine and have no problem. But because this one was a little thicker postal clerk wanted to let you know that about the possible issue and give you options. That is not upselling. That is great customer service!! Now I happen to know this is a potential situation with the flat envelopes because it happened to me. It got shredded!!! I would have loved to have the information shared with me about the chance of the envelope getting shredded because it was a little bit thicker! Don’t be so quick to judge our local postal clerks! They are amazing, kind and helpful!!
