- KRKarina Gonzalez RiosJan 18, 20261.0I came to pick up a package in October 2025, that showed on the site I purchased it on it was delivered there and on time. When I went to ask the attendant about it to see if it was there she gave me such an attitude to do her job?? I was like okay whatever just need to know if it's there and she kept yelling and claiming they never even got it on their system, fine I won't argue and I left. I disputed to the website it never arrived even tho the seller also saw it was claimed as delivered and I had to open a dispute for a refund. Now in January 2026, The postal office gives me the package that they had this WHOLE TIME???? If the lady wasn't so rude and would've gone to the back to check I wouldn't have requested a refund, they gave me the package 3 months later. Don't even bother coming here, I've been to other offices since then that have rlly nice workers that don't mind helping.
