Walking into this place feels like entering a live-action social experiment where patience goes to die.
Line? Not a line but a full-blown pilgrimage. You start inside, then get promoted to the outdoor expansion pack because apparently square footage is optional here. By the time you reach the front, you’ve aged emotionally.
Staffing situation: one employee holding down the entire operation like it’s a one-woman Broadway show except the performance is titled “Please Wait… Forever.” Every window moves at the speed of dial-up internet in 1998. You could mail a letter and receive it back before your turn gets called.
Will call? That’s not will call. That’s won’t call. Packages go in, but retrieving them feels like trying to access a hidden level in a game with no instructions.
And let’s talk about the atmosphere. A fascinating mix of confused customers, restless energy, and a few random characters just lingering like NPCs with unfinished quests.
Highlight of the visit: being told nothing, slowly.
If you’re planning to come here, bring:
- Snacks
- Water
- A folding chair
- Possibly a will and testament
On the bright side, if you survive the experience, your patience stat will be maxed out for life.

Let's talk about it!!! Wednesday March 4th 2026 between the hours of 10:30am and 11:30am at the Lincoln location while waiting in line there was an incident involving a USPS staff on duty at the time ( male ) and a female customer. Not going to say what the dispute was about but I will say that the young lady handled herself very well. The disrespect and lack of customer service at this location is far beyond terrible. Instead of the USPS employee (male) calling for help with the situation. Instead, he took off, rolled up his badge and abandoned the front counter and left us all that were standing in line waiting to be serviced by no one and did not return. The supervisor that came to assist ( Hispanic lady, long hair, and an attitude. She, wasn't much help until the young lady asked her for her name, then took a picture of her badge. That's when she started being polite. Just wanted to give everyone a brief look at how we as customer's were treated at this location. At he end there was a beautiful site. Four ladies came out of the back the first one was Alize, the second one was Crystal and I didn't get the other two ladies names. I took all four some flowers to say THANK YOU!!! When these four ladies came from the back, that's when we the customer's received the best customer service. Thank you, Queens!

Never had a problem there! It’s always fast to ship anything I need and the big plus is: lots of parking space, with no need to struggle to find a spot.
I always choose this place, even though it’s a little farther, because I prefer it.

Only one staff member at the counters - deadpan and cold to me after being kind and animated to every other customer. My box needed to be sealed and they forced me to buy a roll of tape claiming that they didn’t have any… At a post office. I’ve been to dozens of others and they happily tape whatever is needed with no question.
